We are very familiar with making supplier decisions on the basis of trade-offs on key supplier dimensions by opting for a maximum of two dimensions at the expense of the third dimension.

At Accelerant, Dr. Rubenstein is responsible for the firm's development and management of client relationships and business strategies. Prior to starting Accelerant, Paul served as MAi's Leader in its Financial Services Practice. In this capacity, Paul managed over 100 studies for Bank of America and other clients in a wide variety of industries. His previous position was Director of Marketing Research at Bank of America. Prior to his tenure at Bank of America, Paul was employed by J.P. Morgan, PSI Global and Bozell Advertising. Paul's areas of specialization include customer satisfaction and loyalty, consumer segmentation, product development, and communications research. Most of his career has been focused in the financial services industry. Paul has a Ph. D. in Psychometrics from Fordham University.

At Accelerant, Bill holds primary responsibility for day-to-day project execution, client communications, and the firm's local marketing and social network marketing efforts. Bill comes to Accelerant from Bank of America's Innovation Research Team where he managed research for all lines of business that spanned the Bank's new product development research pipeline. Previously, Bill was a Senior Research Analyst at Lowe's, where he managed their competitive brand and multicultural tracking studies. He also managed ad hoc studies to meet Marketing and Merchandising business needs. Bill started his career on the supplier side at MAi, where he managed studies across retail, CPG, manufacturing, advertising, telecommunications, media, pharmaceuticals, and politics. Bill holds MBA and BSBA degrees in Marketing from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
