When can I expect my reward for taking the survey?

Our surveys are paid out 14 business days after the study has finished, not from when you completed the survey. (weekends and holidays are not included in the 14 days).

How do I change my survey payment email?

We don't store people's email in our database. Instead, we rely on what payment email you put at the end of the survey when it prompts you to do so. So, the next survey you complete, just list the new payment email you wish to receive funds to.

How do I update my contact information?

Please reach out to allisonm@accelerantresearch.com with the old and new information you would like updated. This can include email addresses, phone number, name changes, residential addresses, etc.

How do I check my account?

Currently, our platform does not let you view the status of surveys you have taken. We do not use a point system, but rather ask for your preferred payment address at the end of every survey.

Do you have a referral program?

Yes, we do have a referral program. For each friend who joins our panel (and lists you as their reference), you will get an additional entry in our quarterly sweepstakes.

How your friends can register and list you as their reference:

They will need to go to our website, https://www.accelerantresearch.com/, click on the "join our panel" tab, and fill out the registration survey. When they get to the question "did anyone refer you to register with us", have them select "yes" and have them list your name and email address. (Make sure they have the correct email that is registered in our panel!)

Why am I not receiving surveys?

You are still a member of our panel, and receive email invites to surveys, interviews, and focus groups periodically as projects are available. We try to only send you emails for projects we believe you may qualify for, so you aren't seeing a lot of invites, we may be currently working with clients who have a very specific demographic they want to talk to.

Where is my payout for completing the interview screener?

For our qualitative studies: you take a screener survey to see if you qualify for the study. If you are selected to participate in the study, then one of our recruiters will reach out to you to schedule an interview/focus group. After you successfully complete the interview or focus group, you would receive payment via gift card.

I have not received any phone calls or emails to participate in the interview I signed up for?

If you do not receive outreach from our recruiter, the study is either filled or you do not qualify. We appreciate your interest in our research!
